- Verified crew directory. Search crews by name, roofing system, city and state. Only verified crews appear.
- Structured inquiries. Send a scope, system, metro and budget band. The crew answers or it doesn't. No auction.
- Post work for bids. Put a job in front of verified crews and compare proposals side by side.
- Insurance watch. We tell you when a crew you have worked with has coverage lapsing or already lapsed.
- Daily job progress. A feed of crew updates from the field instead of a group text — for crews using the jobs workspace, since that is where they post from.
- Two-way reviews. You rate quality and punctuality. They rate payment behavior and scope clarity.
- Post from your CRM. One webhook turns a job in your system into a posting here, with no retyping.
- Concierge onboarding. A person walks you through verification and your first match.

No listing fee, no commission, no cut of what a contractor pays you.
- A public profile. Name, city, systems, ratings and work photos are publicly listed. Your contact details, capacity and credential detail stay behind a verified contractor account.
- Inbound project inquiries. Contractors send you scoped work. You reply on your own terms.
- Bid on posted jobs. See the jobs contractors post and put in a proposal.
- Hire your own workers. Post openings for roofers and get responses through the public jobs board.
- Standing and reviews. Completed engagements and contractor ratings build a record that travels with you.

Jobs & payments workspace — $19/month
Track your own jobs, send invoices, and post daily progress — which is what shows up in your contractor's progress feed, so it is the one part of this that they see. Otherwise it is a private tool: skipping it costs you nothing in the directory and changes nothing about how you appear.
Verification is free — we do not charge crews to be reviewed.
No commission
We take no percentage of the contract value. A platform paid on the size of each hire has a reason to want your jobs to be expensive; ours doesn't.
No per-hire fee
Hire one crew or twenty in a month. The price is the same, so there is never a reason to keep a working relationship off the platform.
No per-seat billing
One subscription covers 3 users — an owner, someone in the office, an estimator — at one price. Nobody is billed per head. Need more seats? Ask us.

Before you get out a card
When am I actually charged?
Contractors are charged when you subscribe, and you cannot subscribe until your company passes verification — checkout refuses an unverified account rather than taking the money and leaving you outside the directory you just paid for. Creating an account, submitting your insurance and license, and being reviewed are all free. There is no free trial: nothing is charged until you choose a plan, and then the full period is charged up front.
Can I cancel, and what happens to the rest of the period?
Monthly: cancel whenever you like in the billing portal, and your access runs to the end of the month you have already paid for rather than stopping the moment you click. Annual: you have prepaid twelve months, so cancelling stops the next renewal but does not refund the months you have not used. That is the real trade for the discount — the cheaper rate is the price of committing up front.
Does it renew by itself?
Yes. A monthly plan renews monthly and an annual plan renews for another twelve months, until you cancel. You are told the renewal date in the app, and the same portal that shows it is where you turn renewal off.
Do crews pay to be listed?
No. Crews create an account, get verified, appear in the directory, receive project inquiries, bid on posted jobs and post their own worker openings without paying anything. The only thing a crew can pay for is an optional $19 a month jobs-and-payments workspace, which is a separate private tool and changes nothing about how a crew appears to contractors or how it ranks.
Is there a per-hire fee, a commission, or a cut of what I pay the crew?
No, none of the three. You pay for access; what you agree with a crew is between you and the crew, and we take nothing out of it. That is the whole reason the price is a flat subscription rather than a percentage — a platform paid on the value of each hire has a reason to want your jobs to be expensive.
What is the difference between the monthly and annual plans?
Only the billing frequency and the price. Both buy identical access — the same directory, the same job posting, the same integrations. Annual is $3,240/year instead of $3,600, which works out at $270/month and keeps $360 in your pocket over the year, in exchange for committing up front and giving up mid-term refunds.
What if there are no crews near me yet?
Then do not subscribe yet. We are building metro by metro rather than claiming national coverage, and Dallas–Fort Worth is first. The crew directory is browsable before you pay, so you can see who is actually there — look before you buy, and tell us your metro so you hear when it opens.
Does the price include the CRM integration?
Yes. Posting jobs into SubConnects straight from Go High Level, Zapier, Make, n8n or anything else that can send a webhook is part of platform access, not an add-on. API keys are created from your dashboard once you are subscribed.
