How SubConnects works
Crews
Crews join free. A crew uploads its certificate of insurance, and a person at SubConnects reviews it and its expiry date. Once it's approved and the crew is signed off, the crew is listed and can bid on contractors' jobs. When the certificate expires, the listing ends until a new one is approved.
Contractors
You join on the $300/month membership, a twelve-month term, and pay when you sign up. Full crew profiles, search, inquiries and messaging open once your company is verified: a person here reviews your certificate of insurance and any license you upload, or records, without checking, your statement that your state doesn't require one. If we can't verify your company on its first review, every payment is refunded.
What we don't check
We don't inspect work, test crews or judge anyone's skill, and we're never on a job site. “Verified” means the documents checked out when we looked at them. More on how it works.
